What is The LifeLine Technique®?

At the root of every symptom, stress, and disease is an emotionally charged unprocessed memory. When activated, this emotionally charged memory creates a lens of misperception. This lens of misperception is stored in our subconscious mind, which is our reactive mind. Our reactive mind holds limiting beliefs about ourselves such as “I’m not worth it,” “Things never go right for me,” or “I can’t do it.”

These beliefs are not the TRUTH of who you are; however, our subconscious mind does not react to the truth, it reacts with what it believes. At The Lotus Center, we understand the power of “sitting in” an emotion; as “like the lotus flower we too have the ability to rise from the mud, bloom out of the darkness, and radiate the world.”

The LifeLine Technique® is a holistic healing modality to help you raise consciousness and activate your choosing and mind by intentionally processing pain, fear, and stress.

This technique views all “problems” as “portals” of opportunity to help you reach the next greatest version of your life.

The only way to know where you are going is to know where you are. Changing the view of problems to portals changes the dialogue from “Why is this happening?” to “How can I learn and grow from this?” Unprocessed emotions and traumas that are trapped in our subconscious manifest into physical symptoms in the body as well as life stressors. It is the way our body communicates to get our attention to live with intention.

The LifeLine Technique uses a multitude of different healing modalities. Of the many modalities there are two highlighted modalities that are used throughout the entire LifeLine process. One modality is Muscle Reflex Testing (MRT). MRT is known as Applied Kinesiology (AK) which is a tool that identifies when a body system is out of balance. In the LifeLine, this technique is used to communicate with your subconscious mind. Your practitioner will walk you through different steps of the process and will check muscle reflexes to see if your subconscious mind is still having a reaction and we need to process more; or if we can continue to the next step.

An additional modality that is used throughout the session is a healing frequency of “Infinite Love and Gratitude.” Dr. Masaru Emoto was a Japanese scientist who study the impact of words on water. He found that the words “love” and “gratitude” scientificall changed the molecular structure of water; and if you think about the percentage of water in our body and in our brain, you begin to understand how important and impactful language can be. In the LifeLine, we know that the only thing more powerful than the mind is the heart; so, we use this healing frequency to raise our conscious awareness and get your subconscious mind on board with your truth and your intention.

Your practitioner will guide you through the entire process. All a participant needs to do to prepare for a session is come with an open mind and heart and be ready and willing to create sustainable change.

Clinical Supervision

The style of my supervision involves a combination of the implementation of theoretical frameworks, addressing transference and countertransference, as well as focus on overall professional development.

The key to clinical supervision is the safety to become vulnerable to identify and analyze emotions and experiences openly and honestly. I do feel that there is a parallel process between professional and personal growth and being able to model for your clients.

There’s no one right way to do things, and while I am happy to share my own thoughts and experiences with similar situations, the best way I serve you as a supervisor is to help you feel supported, feel grounded in the principles and values of our work, and find your genuine voice in your client-therapist relationships as well as other professional relationships.

Whether you are interested in supervision to achieve your hours as a registered social work intern or as ongoing clinical consultation, I would love to schedule a free consultation with you, to see if we are a good fit.
